Ingredients
- pizza dough450 g
- mushrooms, finely chopped2 cups
- walnuts, chopped3/4 cup
- garlic, minced2 cloves

Method
- 1Preheat the oven to 230 C and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- 2Sauté the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until their moisture cooks off and they turn deep brown.
- 3Stir in the walnuts, za'atar, lemon zest, and yogurt, then cook for 1 minute more and cool slightly.
- 4Divide the dough into 4 portions and flatten each into a small oval or circle.
- 5Spoon the filling onto one half of each piece, fold over, and seal the edges firmly.
- 6Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until puffed and golden, then cool for 2 minutes before serving.

- Cook the mushroom filling until dry so the pockets stay crisp, not soggy.
