Warm Halloumi and Orange Blossom Bulgur Skillet

Ingredients
- fine bulgur1 cup
- halloumi cheese, sliced250 g
- orange, segmented2 medium
- cucumber, diced1 large
- scallions, sliced3
- fresh dill, chopped2 tbsp
- fresh parsley, chopped1/4 cup
- lemon juice2 tbsp
- orange blossom water1 tsp
- olive oil3 tbsp
- toasted sesame seeds1 tbsp

Method
- 1Place the bulgur in a heatproof bowl, cover with 1 cup boiling water, and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- 2Fluff the bulgur with a fork, then season with lemon juice, orange blossom water, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet and sear the halloumi slices until golden on both sides.
- 4Add the bulgur to the skillet and warm briefly, then fold in cucumber, scallions, dill, and parsley.
- 5Top with orange segments and toasted sesame seeds.
- 6Serve warm, with any juices from the pan spooned over the salad.
