Method
- 1Heat the oven to 350°F and press the cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar into a tart pan to form the crust.
- 2Bake the crust for 8 minutes, then cool completely.
- 3Warm the cream until steaming, pour it over the chopped chocolate, and let it sit for 2 minutes.
- 4Stir the chocolate mixture until smooth, then add salt and vanilla.
- 5Pour the ganache into the cooled crust and chill until set, about 30 minutes.
- 6Toss the raspberries with powdered sugar and orange zest.
- 7Arrange the berries on top of the tart just before slicing and serving.
