Method

  1. 1Heat the oven to 350°F and grease a small 8-inch cake pan.
  2. 2Whisk the flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3In another bowl, beat the eggs with olive oil, milk, orange zest, and vanilla.
  4. 4Stir the wet ingredients into the dry just until combined.

  6. 6Bake for 28 to 32 minutes until a tester comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. 7Cool completely, then whisk yogurt with powdered sugar for a quick glaze and spread it over the cake.
