Ingredients
- puff pastry sheet, thawed1 large

Method
- 1Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- 2Toss the pears with brown sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and cornstarch.
- 3Cut the puff pastry into four squares and place a spoonful of filling in the center of each.
- 4Fold the pastry over to form triangles or rectangles and seal the edges with a fork.
- 5Brush the tops with beaten egg and cut a small steam slit in each pastry.
- 6Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until puffed and deeply golden.
- 7Mix powdered sugar with milk and drizzle lightly over the warm pastries.
