Method
- 1In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt, then stir in warm milk and softened butter until a soft dough forms.
- 2Knead briefly until smooth, cover, and rest for 15 minutes while you make the filling.
- 3Blend cream cheese with lemon zest until creamy, then fold in the chopped berries carefully.
- 4Roll the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface and spread the filling down the center third.
