Ingredients
- all-purpose flour1 1/2 cups

- cold unsalted butter1/4 cup
- plain yogurt1/2 cup
- pitted green olives, chopped1/3 cup
- feta cheese, crumbled1/2 cup
- toasted sesame seeds1 tbsp
- chopped dill2 tbsp
- milk for brushing1 tbsp
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 425°F and line a tray with parchment.
- 2Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, then rub in the cold butter until the mixture looks pebbly.
- 3Stir in yogurt, olives, feta, sesame seeds, and dill just until a rough dough forms.
- 4Pat the dough into a rectangle, fold it once, and pat it out again to encourage flaky layers.
- 5Roll into a tight log, slice into 4 thick spirals, and set them cut-side up on the tray.
- 6Brush lightly with milk and bake until puffed and golden, about 15 to 18 minutes.
- 7Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
