Method
- 1Whisk soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and five-spice powder into a quick dressing.
- 2Warm a skillet over medium heat and sauté the crumbled tofu until hot and lightly browned.
- 3Fold the pear and carrot into the tofu just long enough to warm through.
- 4Stir in most of the herbs and half the peanuts, then taste and adjust for salt or acidity.
- 5Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter and spoon the filling into each cup.
