Ingredients
- country bread slices8

- ripe pears, sliced2
- burrata cheese8 oz
- lemon juice1 tbsp
- honey1 tbsp
- arugula2 cups
- black pepper1/2 tsp

Method
- 1Brush the bread with a little olive oil and toast it in a skillet or toaster until crisp and golden.
- 2Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet and sear the pear slices for 1 to 2 minutes per side until they caramelize lightly.
- 3Toss the arugula with lemon juice, honey, black pepper, and a pinch of flaky salt.
- 4Spread burrata over the toasts and top with the warm pears.
- 5Pile the dressed arugula on top and finish with any remaining pan juices.
- 6Serve right away while the bread is crisp and the pears are warm.
