- baby potatoes, halved1 pound

Method
- 1Heat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with the parchment sheets.
- 2Toss the potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil, half the salt, and pepper, then roast for 15 minutes.
- 3Lay each fish fillet on a parchment sheet and season with the remaining salt and pepper.
- 4Top each fillet with green beans, lemon slices, garlic, herbs, a few butter pieces, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- 5Fold and crimp the parchment into sealed parcels, then bake alongside the potatoes for 12 to 14 minutes.
- 6Open the parcels carefully and serve the fish with the roasted potatoes and any juices from the paper.
