Ingredients

Method
- 1Mix the flour, yeast, salt, warm water, and 1 tablespoon olive oil into a soft dough, then knead briefly until smooth.
- 2Cover and rest for 15 minutes while you prepare the filling.
- 3Toss the apple slices with thyme and a pinch of salt.
- 4Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a thin oval.
- 5Spread a little mustard on one side of each oval, then add cheddar and apple slices.
