1. The service
FoodSaver helps you track pantry items, scan food, and get recipes. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use FoodSaver.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal, hateful, harassing, spam or infringing content.
- No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- No automated scraping of other users' reviews or data.
4. User content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to store and display your content solely to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Food safety disclaimer
FoodSaver's AI recognition, expiry estimates and recipes are informational only. Always use your own judgment before eating anything. We are not liable for allergic reactions, food-borne illness or any outcome from following in-app suggestions.
6. Subscriptions (FoodSaver Pro)
Pro subscriptions are billed by Google Play under Google's terms. You can cancel any time from your Google Play account. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app.
