Ingredients
- all-purpose flour1 1/2 cups

Method
- 1Heat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- 2Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 3In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in the egg, yogurt, and vanilla.
- 4Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined.
- 5Divide the batter in half; mix cocoa powder and milk into one half, and jam into the other half.
- 6Drop alternating spoonfuls of the two batters onto the tray and gently swirl the tops with a toothpick.
- 7Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until set and lightly browned at the edges.
Tips
- Do not overmix once the flour is added or the bites may bake up dense.
- Use a thick jam so the berry swirl stays visible and does not disappear into the batter.
